Simultaneous lighting and rainbow make Topeka Rosary Rally memorable

RR

On Friday, August 13th, members of America Needs Fatima gathered in Topeka, Kansas, for their monthly rosary rally in the public square.

This one, however, was remarkable for the fact that there was a rainbow and lighting at the very same time in the sky, as you can see in the picture above.

I thought this was very symbolic.

The rainbow symbolizes God’s covenant and promise not to chastise the world again with a universal flood, as he did with the Deluge.

But lighting symbolizes God’s wrath and power and might and, which He could use to chastise mankind if we do not convert and amend our lives, as Our Lady asked for at Fatima.

What is singular in this photo is how the symbols of God’s wrath and goodness are displayed at the same time.

How magnificent.  How indicative of the times in which we live.
